Adjustment of Columns in Exported CSV Spreadsheet

Could you adjust the order of values in the columns of the exported CSV spreadsheet? I noticed that the column titles seem to be swapped, specifically for subtotal, tax, and total.

For example, in the current export:
• 4500 is displayed as total, but it should be subtotal.
• Tax: 254.72 (this is correct).
• 4245.28 is displayed as subtotal, but it should be total.

The correct calculation should be: Subtotal - Tax = Total.

I believe this adjustment would help avoid calculation errors. Could you check if this change is possible? I’m available for any clarifications.

Ummm are you sure? I would say Subtotal + Tax = Total. And this is how it should be calculated in the app also

Actually, I wouldn’t be adding the tax, but rather deducting it.
The calculation I believe is correct would be: Service Value - Taxes = Total.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but did you try out the "gross invoice" instead of "net invoice"?

Yes, I am using the gross invoice. However, when I export the information, I notice that the subtotal shows the amount with the tax discount, then the tax, and finally the total, which is the sum of the subtotal + taxes.

Shouldn’t the correct total be the service amount minus the tax value?
Total should be the last line, after all discounts, right?

I think this order makes sense because the top row is the sum of the individual line items

I agree with you; however, it just seems to me that the labels are incorrect. See, if you have a result (sum of the rows) and then a deduction (taxes), with a new result (sum of the rows - taxes), the last row should be the total. This same idea would apply to the information in the CSV. See that I have included some examples of internet invoices.

If you aren't happy with the labels you can adjust them in your invoice type. Why is that not an option for you?
