How can I enter the IBAN for the EPC-QR-Code?

Select EPC-QR-Code in the settings.
No prompt opens, so I cannot enter an IBAN here.
Create an Invoice with at least one entry and click preview.
It displays the error message: "QR-Code Fehler: Missing IBAN"

I already tried:

Restarting the app
Updating the app
Using an existing invoice and creating a new invoice
Set the payment info for my company to only an IBAN
Enter an IBAN in the E-Rechnung
Try to use normal PDF or E-Rechnung

SubTotal version: 1.5.74
OS + version: MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81)

You need to enter it into the "payment information" field under "My company" 🙂
If it's not recognized, perhaps you entered an invalid IBAN? Can you send me an example via mail that I can reproduce (subtotalapp@outlook.com)?

Similar (same?) problem here, but for Swiss QR Code. By the way: Does it automatically transform the "ordinary" IBAN to QR-IBAN?

QR-IBAN and IBAN are two different things, is there any app/website that can transform one to the other? You need to enter the correct one.
And as I wrote above in my other response, please send me an example that isn't recognized - most likely you used a wrong IBAN or wrong format or entered it in the wrong text field.

Hey, Timo, I had the same issue and it seems the app does not recognize all valid IBAN number formats.

I tried a random German IBAN sample from the internet and it works fine. But when I use my real Latvian IBAN, it isn't recognized and I get a "missing IBAN error".
My actual one (unrecognized) is in a similar format to LV99PARX9999999999999 or LV99HABA9999999999999 (numbers redacted, of course).

pilsetnieks I see, for some reason I didn't expect non-digit characters after the country code, but it looks like Latvian and other countries are using them. Will adjust the recognition logic with the next update - thanks for the example IBAN!
