I understand you don’t want to change the layout appearance globally since it’s already in use. So maybe an option allowing the user to choose whether the text is grey or black? The grey color is actually too light, in my opinion.
Sometimes I need to write a service description with bullet points, but I avoid using them and write the text continuously without pressing Enter, just to avoid the grey color.
