Products adding before creating an Invoice

It's great if there's a "Products" tab on the left side. This tab lets you add your inventory, and it automatically drops down when you create invoices.
In other words, you add products to the app, and then you don't have to write the products on invoices anymore, you just click on them.

SubTotal version: 1.5.82.0
Operating system: Windows 11
Device model: Windows 11

Why is the current functionality (implicit product inventory based on previous invoices), not sufficient?

would it be possible to have a product list database with a unique code (ID) and with the possibility of editing?

It would be possible but I am not planning to add it, since I don't see the urgent necessity for it. SubTotal aims to be a small, minimalistic invoicing app

timo Thank you for your response, but it is wise not to be able to correct or delete a line when one makes a mistake in the wording. Will the error still appear then?

implicit product inventory based on previous invoices -> If i make a mistake in line of product, It is not possible to remove it and it will be in the list all the time.

ChristianTurier Then you made the same error in multiple invoice items, perhaps even in multiple invoices. The suggestion list is always created dynamically based on the invoice items currently in the database

moritz132 The feature just works like that:

You create invoice item with description "xyz" in your "Invoice #1" and save it
You then create a new "Invoice #2" and create a new invoice item
You type "x" and the app suggests the existing invoice item "xyz"
