Here is my feature request.
Please add a "Show in PDF" option for Salutation.
I love that salutation is pre-populated into the mailto: email body and we use this for keeping the message we sent the client in the ST database. But we do not usually want that field showing on the invoice as it looks illogical there and mixes two functions, i.e. invoice and communication.
