I’ve taken my first steps in your great and easy-to-use Subtotal that is quite perfect.
Actually, I only miss one field for customer-specific subscription or details regarding the assignment, order etc. The clients get to know which assignment has been done. For example:
Portrait of Mr. Becker, on xx.xx.xxxx in New York, for Mrs. Schmidt (name/position in company)
Further not only the German tax office requires me to state on the invoice WHAT I did, WHEN and WHERE. This information usually appears above the description.
I’m sure that the app would be more convenient for users if there were an optional free text field that appeared on every new invoice.
