Thanks for the report. I confirmed that this was a regression introduced by the new PDF renderer: consecutive spaces were collapsed during word wrapping.
This has been fixed for the next update, so your previous spacing between the pickup and drop-off addresses should work again. Please note that these are not actual columns, so exact alignment can still depend on the selected font.
