It would be useful to have a field where you can define a default email body when sending an invoice, similar to the existing “Salutation” field.
If adding a separate field would make the app too complex, an alternative could be to reuse the existing “Salutation” field. A simple toggle could switch its purpose from “Salutation” to “Mail body”.
This would make it possible to use a consistent email message for every invoice without having to edit it each time.
