I'm sorry, I cannot follow. I can just repeat what I said before and what is written in the FAQs: You don't have to (in fact, you cannot) buy for the SubTotal Pro version on Windows twice with the same Microsoft Account. If you re-try to buy it one of these three things can happen:
- an error shows up indicating there's a problem with the account or Store
- you can buy the app (this means, there was no Pro version connected to this Microsoft account yet)
- there already is a Pro version and it enables automatically without having to buy again

Yes, I said that before in an earlier message here in this discussion, and it is also mentioned in both the FAQs and on the Pro version page before you buy the app.
