The delivery date (or service completion date) is not visible in the .pdf but only in the .xml. The invoice date and delivery date are automatically set. The invoice is not always issued on the day the service is completed.

SubTotal currently doesn't support a "delivery date" for the PDF invoice - only for the e-invoice where it's mandatory.
The invoice date is automatically set to "today" when creating an invoice, but it can be adjusted as desired

Hello Timo,

I purchased the versions for iOS and Mac today.
I’m excited to start working with the tool.

However, I noticed that the service date, or the option to specify a service period, is missing on the PDF invoice.
This is essential for me, as my clients urgently require this information.

Could this be added?

mike62349 Thanks for your purchase.
In SubTotal, I try to only support a minimum amount of dedicated fields, as otherwise I believe the app wouldnt be as easy to use any more. You can add any additional information you want to put in the invoice (like delivery date) into the free text fields (e.g. Salutation). If this is not sufficient for you, please open a new feature request explaining why. There's also an existing feature request here about adding additiona fields to the top area of the invoice
