You named "Invoice number, customer, subtotal, tax, total" - any else?
When adding features like this, one question always is how to make this feature available in the user interface, without making it too confusing (e.g. I want to avoid an additional button in the invoice screen). Would it be sufficient to only offer it in the context menu of the "grouping" elements, so the same context menu that has the "Bulk export PDF" button?
